I always enjoy the little additions Berman has in his PRs/filings to try to make things look credible. One of those was mentioning that Musho's wife was also part of the science team! I guess when you can only rent one PhD for a few weeks, you can chip in a bit more to get his wife in the project too? (From what I remembered, her background is she is a teacher, not a professor, researcher, etc). So, let's also thank Musho's wife for her work in this effort!

Regarding your response to my other post. You are in effect agreeing with my point that as far as post content here, he didn't really post new pumps here. That does not mean I am saying he didn't break rules/laws. Just that, out of all he did, what he posted here is a nit. The fact that no one can post examples of blatant pumping reinforces my point. Maybe the worst one I can remember, is, if it was him to do it first, posting "we're next". Which a lawyer would probably say, well YOU can assume that means FDA authorization is coming next, but he never said that. Which would be correct.


To contrast, the Arrayit case had the CEO tweeting/posting false sales numbers, and false claims of manufacturing having taken place! Berman never even did such things.
