There were plenty of 'ad hominem' attacks however. Which were completely one sided and totally unwarranted. And in many cases, falsehoods were implied or stated therein. (How many 'faux' experts were impugned exactly?) In particular, Johnny C bore the brunt, but he tried it on with the rest of us to a greater or lesser extent. There are examples aplenty (or there were before he deleted them!) How many thinner skinned individuals were discouraged from posting dissenting sentiments on the basis of this abuse? The fact that these attacks were coming from the CEO of the stock under discussion - operating under a cloak of anonymity, (rather than from some random nut!) - in what seemed to be a deliberate attempt to discourage pertinent discussion and to thereby influence the stock price HAS to be viewed with a level of disdain! To say nothing of the 'smoke' that Pluto blew up what amounted to his own 'ass', by virtue of the fawning over Berman's Brilliance and mastery of all things DECN, in the face of intolerable headwinds from his evil ' (but as it turned out - largely accurate-) detractors I'll leave the courts to determine whether it amounted to criminality, but I would be personally surprised if it did not!
