Interestingly, upon re-reading the SEC's 21 page civil action against CEO Keith Berman and DECN, it seems there is no mention of Berman's use of an alias to promote DECN on public message boards. It appears all the charges related to Berman's posting activiites are contained in the DOJ's criminal indictment. The SEC relied on the BS Press Releases Berman authored and distributed between March 3, 2020 and April 23, 2020.

Interestingly, all of the bogus claims, as cited in the SEC charges, were previously exposed by the contrarian posters on this iHUB Board. Forgetting all the overstatements and inconsistencies, thanks to IP Watcher and several others, we knew that sampling blood would NEVER ever work for identifying an active COVID-19 infection.
