All I can say is what I and and few others have said from time to time...
that is we believe they have a strategic reason for not publishing the 10K prior to the deal being finalized by the lawyers.
I believe once we see one, we will see the other within 5 days, I may be right and I may be wrong, buts its my analysis
Most companies would publish whatever they have to make the pps go up, CBBT has from what I have seen, been very strategic in how they play and how they word it.
Eric or CEO and Alan our IR guy, hold the long term best interest of the company its share holders in mind.
