This is all fine and considerate for IR to say, and I appreciate it, but I just do not understand how the company doesn't feel a lack of urgency with getting current reporting... Blows my mind... I thought for sure we'd at least see the oldest 10K by now

I believe the acquisition is happening and is almost done, but just can't understand why no filings in the meantime... Thanks for sharing this though
