MTVX-$$$$ just going over some possible Scenario financial share price Reverse/Split possibilities ( Only ), my high school math shows me ( at least ) , what COULD happen by the end of this year, IF?? MTVX does do a possible Reverse Split/ merger with Phyto Life Organics, here it goes, but take it ( ALL ) as always, with a grain of salt, unless proven true of course: If?? MTVX now has 8 Billion O/S or is it now only 4 Billion O/S. ????

(A) Phyto Life Organics already said they want to go fully public by end of year with only 100 Million common at @ .25 cents to .50 cents a share. TRUE!!
MTVX can easily by the end of 2021 do say a 1 share of Phyto for 80 shares of our MTVX, thats O.K. with me since that 80 shares would turn into a minimum worth of at least = .25 cents. a share going forward in time, if ?? not as high as .50 cents a share, what could this mean for us.??
IF? you bought say 10 Million shares at only say .0004 = $4,000.00 cost.

IF?? They do a R/Merger by end of this year with your 10 Million for 1 for your 80 you now will only own a total of 125,000 new shares in a new company BUT!! guess what ???, those only 125,000 shares in Phyto Organics, would then be worth over $31,250.00 , so in other words, your little $4,000.00 investment in MTVX, just turned into $31,250.00 with your new Phyto Life Organics shares.

and for those that say I will just wait it all out to see how high the MTVX shares might go by the end of 2021 to even equal the above possible share price investment worth, your 10 Million MTVX shares would have to go as high as .003 cents a share or more to get to that $31,250.00 level.

So starting tomorrow and until one knows 100% for sure what will MTVX do or NOT do to increase shareholder value in 2021 if anything.? I for one do wish all the buyers and yes even the sellers total financial success with MTVX in 2021. the above is IMO Only!!
