QS. That's what I always talk about! While CRTG may have a variation of the NDSU Patent, it has to be proven QUALITATIVELY different before it can be patented! It is not yet patented, as the U-of-MICHIGAN is still working on it as far as I know? I know that CRTG has enlisted a Chemist as well, so they have a chance of patenting the new CHS+, but as of yet, no solid evidence, in the way of finalized documents, has surfaced from CRTG's Office!

Outside of partnerships that have been formed, where money has been forwarded to produce the old CHS stuff, maybe the new stuff, but without authorization, the Patent Application has to be in the process of Product Patenting before any sort of production and selling can take place! They just cannot say the Product is "Theirs'" as they said a few years ago, or work on the assumption they can carry on despite the NDSU contract being nullified, even when contacts with CRTG have been established?

But maybe a verbal agreement with NDSU has taken place where it was agreed that the CRTG people can continue on with the commercialization, but without NDSU's help of any kind? But that is unlikely IMO? CRTG has been working on a new CHS+ product, which shows that the NDSU agreement has been finalized as closed?

Is there at least a NUMBER of the Patent Application, where we can check and see how far along they may be?

I was once a solid supporter of Coretec, but I didn't know much about the Company? Only the product was of importance to me! I had a big letdown when the NDSU agreement fell through, so my thought at the time was that the Boys at the top had to start all over again, and that meant devising and patenting a better CHS product? They just cannot use someone else's patent unless they use it for their own Products, one of which is the LED devise, which does not interest me at all!!

Still they talk about having the CHS product being included in the EV Batteries, so development of the New CHS is still going on, for that is the only partnership that would excite the general population IMO? I remain suspicious of the management team, due to the Brainwashing that appears to be going on! I would truly like to believe in them, but I cannot until a CHS+ document is hanging on their Office walls? GL
