As far as I can see, CRTG is acting as a middleman... buying the product from a distributor, then selling it to the supposed "USER" like one of the major Car manufacturers? I can't see Evonik making the stuff without the written consent/contract of NDSU, who holds the Patent rights to the CHS products

Coretec is certainly no middleman. They approached Evonik with a patent pending process to create CHS. After reviewing the patent 'landscape' they agreed to produce CHS for Coretec. A "middleman" takes a product/commodity made elsewhere or by others and resells it. Hardly an appropriate comparison in this case.
