As to your question I can lay out a weeks worth of links you can read to EPA and CARB regs to exective orders and they have to be followed as pertaining to their outline. Trust that Savi is going about this in a manner that when savi is finished the way the gov wants savi will be in complaince.

You need to know that from the time Greg took over as CEO the PRs will be real no fluff and those in the industry know the signifance of the last PR.

The tests you want to see are forth comming. I know you have been around a long time and believe me after my 5+ years after meeting Serge I have my times of frustration also.
