What would prevent anyone from:

• Acquiring or inheriting an OTC public company
• Not file because:
>>> Doesn't meet their needs
>>> Not important to them
>>> Doesn't have the money
• Wait and wait
• Become revoked
• Change the terms in their favor

If you're the sole director or majority shareholder, how can terms be changed without informing the minority shareholders?
