As per PAGE NO.2, ITEM NO.4 of the agreement between TPTW and Thomas Scientific, I will quote

'.....NOTHING IN THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE CONSIDRED TO CONSTITUTE ANY PARTY AS PARTNER OR AGENT OF THE OTHER PARTY.....'

This agreement was made in Dineyland and is for sure MICKEY MOUSE.

Translation: they arent even partners at all.
