I wouldn't call a partnership with the third largest and fastest growing scientific distributor in the nation a "Mickey Mouse agreement", but to each their own.

Interesting how Thomas Scientific asked TPTW to make a QuikLAB promo video for prisons...and just last week TPTW CEO was in Texas meeting with officials for prison contracts.

It appears this "Mickey Mouse Agreement", as you put it, may have led to a major government contract.
