....since the PR's AMRN claims show intent to infringe by encouraging docs to prescribe GV off label for CVD are gone from the web, likely that no docs saw them either - so how does their prior existence influence docs now and in the future?

Checked the document in amarins FAQ section this morning (european time) and the links worked. Now checked it again and HIKMA really took the links down.

Perhaps it was not the wisest decision to take it down. For me, as an outstanding person, it seems to be an admission of guilt...
