AMRN didn't file for a temporary injunction, only a permanent one - do they have to ask for a temp injunction in a separate filing? Because they won't stop Hikma from selling GV with a permanent one until the case and all appeals are heard several years from now.

End of radio silence from AMRN - going after Hikma with all barrels blazing - and Singer is involved from the start this time, same firm represented GSK in the Teva patent infringement case.

Only question I have is since the PR's AMRN claims show intent to infringe by encouraging docs to prescribe GV off label for CVD are gone from the web, likely that no docs saw them either - so how does their prior existence influence docs now and in the future?
