Is it really that complicated? Or is it more a legal change issue that calls for a change in the law?

An appeal would be complicated. A 2 page PFR with weak and repetitive arguments is not complicated. They would have revoked by now

We will have news soon. Hopefully December or early first quarter. The delays are covid related I am sure. Also, we will possibly see changes in legal proceedings in the future about cases like this. I think THAT IS THE MAIN ISSUE WITH THE SEC. The ONUS is on them.

As for the auditor issue, the previous auditor had to make an amendment last year for the 10k (dec 4th). Is it possible that DBMM mgt wanted to avoid that again? It seems they were fired for possibly that reason.

In addition, why the Division NOT file OPPOSITION to Respondent's Motion of Summary Affirmance?

The division knows they lost this case but will in the future have to change the rules. That is why DBMM will make history
