Not correct. General Rule 900 PLAINLY states that any deliberation about a PFR could go longer than 11 months. It depends on whether the SEC considers it complicated enough.

Not YOU, not ME and not any other poster’s opinion about whether it’s complicated or not MATTERS!

It’s the SEC’s opinion that matters.

This, plus the backlog of cases due to Covid-19 means that any decision is many MANY months in the future. Possibly YEARS into the future.
