If you were looking to escape being shut down completely what would you do? I know dam well every single filing until the PFR was decided upon would be filed well in advance of the deadline. I wouldn’t even file the last day let alone file an extension. I would file early if I was looking to portray the fact that I was trying to do things right and have changed my ways.
If I was the one deciding the PFR and DBMM asked for even an approved extension to me it would put them in a bad light. Just my opinion
