Really? You can ask that, in light of DBMM’s past filing difficulties?

Even Foelak (stated in the ID) outlined the difficulties DBMM faces in filing future financials on time because of their lack of funds. She even went so far as to mention the fact that the SEC would be watching DBMM rather closely because of it.

I doubt the SEC will be “mad” at DBMM. But they will surely look upon an NT-10K filing with an apprehensive attitude, remembering their problems in the past.
