JT's inaction is why he should be crucified

He never impressed me. He was adequate prior to Reduce-it, and wholly inadequate afterwards but steadfastly refused to step aside. For that, he should be crucified.

As for why he hasn't sold yet, I don't know, though I could see, up until the appeal loss why, to an extent. No way enough people would have accepted a buyout while waiting on the "maybe" because the values were too far apart. If we'd won, $50. We lost, so $15 is a gift.

That said, what bothers me the most is the utter lack of effort in other parts of the company. The reps suck, marketing sucks, EMA is way behind schedule and they are keeping it super secret, they are doing nothing to protect the USA market beyond "well, I think that if we hope hard enough, we might keep some." This lack of any effort, anywhere, is what is completely garbage. If you want to GIA, do something!
