HK@ I do hear you - and won't try arguing against' your input - as I do agree with most - as it is the plain Truth - about what has happened so' far in the everlasting story.

I sense the bitterness you feel - and can easily place myself in a position to share that too - also my' personal dreams 'for now' has 'sailed away bound to Amarins continuous downfall.

My point is 'having the truth on your side' in this case - it would stil help to coordinate - and a least make a very direct effort - to be on the same page as the Company 'all the writing and debates' is about.

Especially in the Legal matters - where everything have been lost 'so far' and by arrogance 'sweep away' both in Appeal and En Banc - (Code 36 - wich is eq to FC You).

At least to me It's Seem logical 'To join effort with the company that in the end 'hold the cards' - to make sure 'we are all pulling in the same direction.

That all I'm trying to say.

I'm not the person to 'Reach out to company - at best it has to Be the complete Animus team - at the meeting - i just mentioned marjac' as the best man to 'take the initiative to Amarin' as a start (explaining thoughts behind the contact).

What is there to lose' for Amarin also. I can't see them refusing to hold a meeting debating the way forward in Legal matters (avoiding conflicting/damaging the joint effort of restoring patents - fighting generic's where possible).

PS: I never tried to hide that I'm a big T supporter - and absolutely HATE the development after election. To me there is NO DOUBT we are talking FRAUDE - but will it ever be proven. Not the subject of this forum - and do everything not think about these days.
