Please DO call AND write Thero and the BoD. Reach out directly...--Lets see IF you get any reply. They will NOT respond. They fail to coordinate anything except serial failures, and treat our board ideas as so much worthless advice to be monitored and resisted at arms length.
I think they are set on their idiotic path and think we are wasting our time tilting at the windmills of FRAUD and MISREPRESENTATION having botched their chance at representing the prior art and their defense of the prior art vis a vis Mori and Kurabayashi...Now everyone is saving face and conjuring new and wilder ways to waste the shareholders money.
Amarin's management are off on a theoretical caper about secondary vs. primary criteria debate, which IF won would no doubt be a big feather in Singer's hat...not going to happen at SCOTUS with any glimpse of probability, as much as you say we are not going to succeed when minds ar made up closed, biased and/or corrupt with our indepedent action. This CAFC is a political animal and I am now utterly convinced that the SCOTUS is too.
We prefer to stake out the TRUTH, and to hell with the outcome, truth will have been spoken to lies, and if enough people had the guts to do it, our case if not our country would be in a better place..
