I spoke to Allison personally. I believe the abstract was submitted as a “placeholder” with already known blinded results just in case they decided later to have the unblinded TLD. They more than likely did the same at SNO. I believed, and still believe, they are waiting on a negotiation for publication. I know Dr. Ashkan in particular is well connected to publishers and they will NOT announce the nuance of the results in a secondary conference if it would disrupt and/or negate getting published in a well established peer reviewed journal.

In every scenario we have people looking under every rock to get an edge, then when they see what they do under the rocks and become anxious because it doesn’t answer their need to have some news at a time with the company is being silent they blame the company for conspiring to make them anxious by not being transparent. It’s a taste of lunacy to have this perspective and is irrational at best. Just fucking relax, we’re in the final seconds of a 13 year extensive chess game. If you’re going to lose your shit at this point you’re way too insecure in my opinion. I’m as relaxed as can be. We’re there, let it come as it comes naturally and purposefully.
