Actually - Summing Up the Law Process that killed Amarin (moved +6 billion dollar in the market - Marts 30 ruling).

Looking back at events - think this io-io poster (likely a Judge) might have been right all along.

What he was saying was - that the number of 'direct contacts of Law people' to Judge Du of Nevada (he called it 'Vicious Attacks' on the Judge) would in itself' ensure 'No Chance at Appeal' - there by implying that 'Just like that Military people at war 'will always 'stand by' their own - as far as possible - the same solidarity exist between Judges.

Winning appeal - would not have been likely anyway - but the way that Dyke - just through Amarin (and Singer) under the buss - company newer stood a chance. And given that Judges (and the Courts are Immune / cant be touched) - this is a God-Like institution - where common sense and arguments - after a ruling is 100% without influence - which the SP tells us every day.

And a few weeks later the complete En Banc 'DENIED' - it does make you - as a normally Law Abiding Citizen - want to CALL THE GODS - to send Lighting's on this institution - to Make them understand how misuse of power (and the arrogance) of their Closed Brotherhood seemingly not caring about 'real' justice at all' - feels to ordinary men and woman being affected by their Rulings.
