That this is a rotten Year - and even more for AMRN shareholders - has just 'Again - Again - been proved.

En banc - is a general Joke in Law - giving the losers the impression - they still have a chance - a Joke simply. And CAFC wait 'weeks to' announce deneil - just to 'further damage Amarin'.

Looking from abroad US Justice system is - a deeply political infiltrated - Lobby controlled (meaning money controlled) - layer of power - that is destroying 'real progress' in so many ways in America.

All in all a very sad and depressing experience - for thousands of serious investors in the market (some who has been completely ruined - by the little lady Judge in Nevada).

Amarin is a 'one drug' company that has been through a 'marathon process of getting their product acknowledged' - and when they (after 25 years of research) - are Finally There - this 'little 'non science educated' Judge (fooled by 'direct freud' evidence presented by pro' bloodhound Lawyers from Hikma) - in a moment destroyed decades of hard work of a small company - in one blindfolded deeply political ruling.

And to put 'salt in the wounds' of suffering Amarin investors - I see now again a lot of talk about Form 4 - bonuses at Amarin. I sure hope this is not a repetition of last time (pis**** on shareholders) - If so this company is on the way down the tubes - and rightfully so.
