BB@ That is not likely to happen - but as someone here said - the mere fact that the shareholder Amibus initiative was mentioned in Markman's article, and several other places in the press might have been noticed at CAFC.

And you saw Eight point out yesterday - that the longer the wait the better the chance for en banc hearing granted.

So lets hope he's right - that a bit of luck could finally go Amarin's way :)
