En Banc 21 days....from my DD it appears first 21 days is primarily waiting for original panel to decide if they want to rehear arguments. IMO original panel stuffed our Amicus in the toilet but kept BIO Amicus.

I really hate CAFC right now and I don’t think there’s justice possible unless the entire CAFC sits en banc and our Amicus is reinstated and considered.
