Considering he will probably be the one approving the NIH grant, and/or being made aware of it, I would think that would count as an olive branch ;)

Also, one of his colleagues is likely going to be on the Board of Directors soon. All of which is extremely positive. I think people need to start warming up to the idea of being 2 degrees of separation from Dr. Fauci and considering it as very positive. Having this guy in our corner can make us and I'm sure the market will see it that when when/if the new BOD member is brought to light.

I also think he is a great guy. He has always provided objective consultation to presidents, Republicans and Democrats and gotten along with them (exception: Trump). I have a hard time seeing such an intelligent guy intentionally try to steal a patent as many have stated here. He comes off as a guy who couldn't hurt a fly let alone malicious sabotage a company.
