Marjac@ Just a - on second thought - comment on the subject Eight brought up in the heated minutes after you told about the denial of the Amicus brief.

Eight's thoughts: Would it have maybe been an idea to have 'someone independent' file the brief. I understand that this could be brought up - given the number of io-io posts after the Amicus were delivered to CAFC court.

You and BB and other participants in the Brief did 100% the only honorable thing by putting 'the truthful' name and address on the Amicus filing.

Now this document can (and will) be used in the continued Battle for Justice on Amarin and Vascepa. Had there been 'some fancy stuff' of having an 'Independent organization' - deliver something that everyone knew was created of posters from AMRN iHub - you would have undermined the value.

So 100% correct that everybody involved 'stood their ground' and put their name and reputation behind the project.

PS. And it would not have made any difference anyway who' delivered the Brief. CAFC would have reacted the same (if they even read the document) - something that will never be revealed from this God-Like Institution.
