Agree. Their BOD has lacked diversity. All BOD need diversity. I'm not just talking about race, gender, etc., but diversity of thought. Although, many times just having diversity in race, gender, etc., will lead to diversity of thought just due to differences in background. Everybody needs to be challenged on their thinking. New ideas and solutions come out of diversity of thought. Stagnation results from having only yes men in a group.
