How is the SEC acting like 4 year olds? I don't think they are.

They are acting like a supervising agency that has THOUSANDS upon THOUSANDS of companies to look over and administer to.

Naturally, because some OWN this issue, they think it's ALL IMPORTANT and should be looked at FIRST.

Let's face it. DBMM is a little dot in a HUGE world of thousands upon thousands of bigger dots!

How much stock is traded in a typical DBMM day? Maybe a million shares on a GOOD day? There are companies that trade millions shares in the first 30 minutes of the market opening!

Besides THAT, the COVID virus slowed down the wheels of the SEC immeasurably. Cases have been backlogged, are probably a year or more away from being decided.

No, the SEC isn't acting like 4 year olds. They ARE acting like an agency that is overloaded with cases.

But really? DBMM brought ALL THIS on themselves.

They made a terrible decision not to file AT ALL. Intentionally.

Then, they made a terrible decision to IGNORE SEC requests for information. For over a YEAR.

THEN, once the SEC began OIP proceedings? Miraculously, they found the time to answer!

After they answered, they continually argued about every issue the SEC had with subsequent filings - to the point of refusing to amend filings (the original "Super 10K") to satisfy SEC requests! Finally, they DID amend the filings...but the SEC STILL finds DBMM to be MATERIALLY DEFICIENT to this DAY!

All this info is TRUE and can be VERIFIED by looking at the various filings on record.

No. DBMM is is this situation because they "did things their way", instead of doing things the way the regulatory agency wanted.

This is why they sit on the "Expert" market, waiting for the SEC Board of Commissioners to rule on the PFR.

I keep telling myself....deep breath....count to ten....try to answer without personal attack...if available, always try to present fact to back up your opinion.
