Wouldn't the stock price only fall due to sale of exercised warrants?

Items that make me nervous when thinking about warrants are:

that warrant holders would want to exercise and sell vs exercise and hold vs hold.

If you expected the price to rise and stay higher selling warrants would just bring you a huge tax bill.

If you have any significant gains here in the US, you're looking at 35-40% ish percent federal taxes alone for ST cap gains and not be a believer in the medium and long term prospects of NWBO.
