yes it would but the spec buyers id hoped for will look at it like this , they could buy today at 75 cents and should Warrants become in play before TLD then the share price could easily half . Remember the intrinsic value of the option is way way below the market , so there will be glass ceiling created by those with options pre hedging ( maybe that`s what`s happening now ) and those that look for these kind of messy situations and short it as a punt .
