Couldn't be better put.

Unlike previously with the "End of September" for TLD guidance, there is currently no indication as to when we will receive it now. As far as we are informed, the company is "arranging" to pass the data on to the statisticians. This information means nothing as far as a timeline of future events.

And to think that LP, not 3 weeks ago released guidance saying TLD by end of September, knowing full well as you have pointed out that that was totally out of the realm of possibility. That as scotty would say, stinks. And the fact that more people aren't pissed off about it blows my mind.
