suspensions are never the outcome. i know, that"s how the regulation reads, but that doesn't happen in reality. stocks are revoked. in hundreds and hundreds of suspensions over the last two plus decades, no stock has received a supplementary suspension. they are all eventually revoked, some quicker than others, but always revoked.

the 10 day notice to respond works like this; the company has 3 options.

1) not respond at all, in which case it will be revoked after a hearing by an alj.

2) contest revocation, in which case they will be revoked after even more hearings by an alj.

3) agree to voluntary revocation and be revoked. however, in this case it leaves the door open to file a form 10 registration in the future once the company gets its finances in order.
