Interesting, thanks for the info. Poor wording on the part of the SEC then if being revoked is the only option. Assuming this is true, I would think Musick would choose number 3 as an outside auditor has been working on the necessary financial documents to get current with the SEC for the last couple months and scheduled to be current in ~3 months.
