Gotcha, I've been referring to it as the Proceedings Notice, as that's what it states in the title. Whatever you call it though, they have 10 days to respond and then it will be determined if an additional suspension or revocation is appropriate. You had originally stated that they were not asked for response and that all companies suspended for delinquency get revoked, and both these are not true based on the Revocation Notice that we've both shared.
