Hi Guys,

In my opinion, new Board of Director members are added to companies to assist in business change/development/financing/merger/acquisition.

This new addition to the BOD means to me that new financing or business combination will be undertaken by NGW with in the next 3-6 months.

A bullish business move for NGW the way I see things.

Oh, an outside thought...……..possible development of the Colombian investment?
