Not sure exactly what it means beyond NGW is building a board of directors which has abilities way beyond what is required for a company of their current size. To me, it speaks of their intent to grow significantly over the coming years. This guys credentials are top notch.

Brick by brick, the board is being assembled to meet the company's future needs.
