I would agree that the cost for Trusted computing should and will be passed along to the end user. I think it's convenient and fitting that a new player like Wave, instead of a huge established player, is carving out a new services space. I think it's important that whoever does trusted infrastructure management be independent from established giants like MSFT and huge OEMs for example.
