I'll settle for Scenario 2 if it's expeditious. My personal timeline is a year.

Getting a functioning stock/company with a decent story is worth a lot more than its current market cap of $1.7M. Lots of crap out there trading with $50M market caps.

If it turns out to be really "real" then that market cap can go multiples higher from there.

If it's not either of those things, I lose at least 50% but the risk-reward is very attractive IMO.
