I suppose you could infer that all sorts of licensing and financing and product development stuff was going on without anything bring revealed, because the principals are so expert, well-connected, disciplined and cunning, and are preparing the launch of a detailed ndt website, uplist to the naz and finalized agreements with major beverage and pharmaceutical firms, all within days.

Or, you could assume it's a bunch of well-meaning opportunists who aren't as plugged-in to the corporations they'd like to partner with as they'd like, but with some contacts and decent industry knowledge, hoping to capitalize on what looks like a promising collection of IP, doing what they can with the limited resources they have to establish a publicly-traded platform to hopefully work towards those goals over a period of months if not years.

I doubt that sending out unsolicited free samples of liposomes is part of either scenario!
