No different in business. So patent case went bad - appeal 'in realety' closed that chapter.

So now Amarin ADAPT - not next month or next week - NOW. You have a new unexpected situation - what's the options?

cbb - says Contact Investment Bank (hopefully has been done months ago - plan B) - and set Full Sails - against the best possible BO (possible over 2 - year period). New CEO - BOD is needed - NOW - for WS (market) to believe in real change and future succes of Amarin.
