Just to clarify, my post #157399327 was a response to how another DC therapy called DenVax would work by selecting for circulating dendritic cells, exozomes from cancer and precursor monocytes to further create additional activated DCs. I also described part of the natural immune system function with circulating DCs that are in the immature stage and are made mobile by the blood stream which is unlike the matured state where they generate their own mobility but lose their ability to pick up antigens from cellular debris or actual killing of foreign cells. L is mostly matured antigen presenters but I believe there are some DCs in L that may help provide other functions as well. I believe Direct can stimulate greater production of circulating DCs while primarily causing necrosis in injected tumors which eventually further causes a systemic effect on other tumors and cancer cell clusters.
