I'm still wondering if the company couldn't start the contractor putting together all the data they could put their hands on while the very last items were being determined prior to lock. We know they soft locked, if they did what I suggest, lock could come at any time, the last items could be added to what the contractor had and in a day or two their work could be completed. If that were the case, and it happened this week, the company could still have two weeks to develop TLD before the end of September.

I believe that L.P. not announcing data lock today is a clear indication that it hasn't yet happened. It could happen after her talk, or before the open Monday, or any time thereafter. My point is, they may have slightly changed how this is being done in support of having TLD out by the end of the month. No harm in that as long as it's done in a professional way that leaves nothing for criticism.
