One buyer then has control over AMRN's available or committed supply
One buyer would control the pricing to make certain there are no disparities that might create problems for various territories.
One one buyer owns it all, then they are free to divide it up in
whichever way makes sense for them. One buyer, at some point may
want to lock up supply to squeeze out competition.

Besides that the "right" BP acquirer would best be able to use Vascepa
strategically...That could mean initiating studies for new indications,
using the COVID-19 studies (once completed) to further promote Vascepa,
using their political influence to help individuals afford Vascepa,
and so on. (If I were BP I'd look into using Vascepa as a platform
that might include Vitamins D-3 and K-2, mk-7.
