This company should be sold in 2 chunks, ROW including current partnership Revenue and the US rights including all IP for the US territory. This way you get something for the US and I am sure if someone has eyes on OTC or some hybrid of brand/generic we could see a nice offer. What is sad is we have gone from a possible buyout price of $50 to $20 to $25 if we are lucky. That extra 20 million shares to comp management further dilutes the buyout price. That’s why we need to get rid of the board and cancel to stock plans.
