Downtown@ Several brought up the subject here - of these 'direct mails' and other contacts to Judge Du - 'gave her just the ekstra sympathy needed from 'other judges' - on top of the personal tragedies this lady had experienced with husband and stepson.

As you point out - neither will I blame anyone for reacting to the chock of loosing patent case in Nevada.

What future will bring 'who knows' personally I'm hanging in until further - something has to happen if Amarin wants to go anywhere - and it would be nice 'it happen soon'.

At least I'm glad for the quick decision - the worst is the ever WAITING. Now there is no excuse for Amarin to stall anymore. Courage and determination is needed JT.
