Maybe emailing district court judges directly trying to influence the case wasn’t such a good idea. Maybe those forwarded emails made it up the food chain and caught someone’s eye. I’m not saying I’m not thankful for every attempt to try and help our chances by everyone here. I’m not saying anyone’s actions weren’t justified and warranted given the way things went to that point. Just maybe that didn’t help. Personally still struggling with what to do and can’t bring myself to sell at these levels. It would be all for nothing. Dead money right now.
