I respect your "NO Vote" and can even understand why, without first receiving positive news like EUA or NASDAQ uplisting. But do you honestly think your vote with however few shares you have makes a difference with the vote?

I challenge you to find 1 motion that we've voted on in theast 2-3 years that hasn't passed by >80% Approval.

I'm not familiar with you, but I don't recall seeing posts from you last year or year prior. Unless you been invested since December '19 or earlier, your shares unfortunately can't do much damage. I put in $100k last year alone when shares were in the $0.30-$0.35 range, same with my dad, mom, and 2 uncles. We all voted no for last years compensation increase. Our votes had zero impact on the decision to approve. So I wish you well with your choice of no, but it isn't going to be in your favor.
