A huge NO from me on the share increase unless we have VERY significant news between now and the 30th., NASDAQ uplisting won’t even move the needle for me. We need concrete news on revenue generating actions, otherwise there is NO performance to base this share dilution on..

I will reserve my opinion until after tomorrow’s CC, but this is a very disappointing revelation considering where we are at right now.
